BWT Alpine Formula One Team’s Chief Financial Officer, Gemma Lang, joined Enstone in 2008, when the team was known as Renault F1 Team, as a Financial Analyst.

Gemma had held previous accountancy roles at Penlon Ltd, OPP and Brethertons LLP whilst completing qualifications with the Association of Accounting Technicians and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Gemma was promoted to the role of Reporting Accountant in December 2009, a role she held until February 2021 when she became Head of Financial Reporting and Tax at Alpine Formula One Team.

During 2021, Gemma took part in the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, part of the University of Oxford.

Gemma was promoted to the senior leadership team as Chief Financial Officer of BWT Alpine Formula One Team in August 2023.
