Access to and use of the Sites and related services (collectively, the “Services”) are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions and any other rules posted on the Sites (collectively, the “Terms and Conditions” or “T & C(s)”). By using the Services, such as engaging with Site content, you are agreeing to all of the Terms & Conditions.
ARL reserves the right to make changes to the Sites, related policies and agreements, the Privacy Policy (www.alpinef1.com/privacy-notice) and this T & C at any time. You are advised to check the Sites from time to time to check the update or changes to the said policies and agreements, the Privacy Policy and the T & C.
If you are under 18, you must let your parents or guardian know before you use any Site and the Services. In using the Sites, your parents or guardian agrees to accept responsibility for all your activities.
RISE+ Account Creation
To gain access and enjoy the full benefit of https://rise.alpinef1.com/ (“Rise+”), we require you to register with us. We will only use the personal data you submit in the registration process or as otherwise may be requested or collected from time to time in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Notice. ARL will implement two different versions of Rise+: (1) one for fans who are aged 18 and over; and (2) for fans who are under 18.
In order to access Rise+, you are required to create an account using a bona fide email address and date of birth and to agree to these Terms and Conditions. Subsequently, you will be prompted to complete your profile by providing some personal information, such as your first and last name, username, date of birth, phone number, and country. For the avoidance of doubt, it is not mandatory to complete your personal profile to access Rise+.
When you create a RISE+ account, you may agree to receive RISE+ communications. You will have the ability to opt out of Rise+ communications in your account section at any time by toggling off. You will not be allowed to apply for or create more than one account per email address.
You must immediately inform us of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security. We may disable your password at any time if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right at any time to suspend or terminate your account with us where we deem your use of the Services breaches any of these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Notice or otherwise if the operation of our Services are terminated and/or significantly change in nature. You may terminate your account by accessing your profile on the Services and following the instructions there.
Rise+ Rankings & XP elements
As part of Rise+, its account holders shall have the opportunity to build XP (such XP having no monetary value) by engaging with activities and exclusive content on Rise+, thereby progressing through the rankings from P10 to P1. You will have multiple ways in which to build your XP, including but not limited to:
A. Completing your personal profile. While this is an optional step for each user, XP shall be awarded to all users who successfully complete their personal profile. You are free to update your personal data in the account section of Rise+, as you deem necessary;
B. Stories: You shall be given an opportunity to share your Rise+ activities on other social media platforms to earn additional XP;
C. Articles and Videos: Engaging with articles and videos on Rise+ will also help you earn XP;
D. Daily check-in: If you are over 18, you will have the opportunity to earn XP for daily check-ins on Rise+;
E. Referrals: You will also earn additional XP when you successfully refer Rise+ to a new user;
F. Games: XP shall also be awarded for your participation in quizzes, pick-ems, interactive polls and/or any other games available on Rise+ from time to time.
Ranking and Benefits
As you accumulate XP, you will unlock new rankings for yourself between P10 and P1. You will be able to unlock new benefits for yourself as you progress through the rankings, such as digital downloadable assets, competition entries (subject to their own terms and conditions which shall be communicated to you separately) and discount codes from contemporary ARL partners. As you move through rankings, from P10 to P1, you will build XP which can be used on other elements of Rise+ as well, such as the ability to spend your XP for additional entries in relevant activations/competitions. ARL reserves the right to reset XP in user accounts every twelve (12) months to ensure new opportunities and periodic development of Rise+.
Under 18s version
As stated above, if you are under 18, you must let your parents or guardian know before you use any Site and the Services. In using the Sites, your parents or guardian agrees to accept responsibility for all your activities. In order to create an account with us, you must be 13 years old or above. In case you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission to register for the Services and your parent or guardian should be the one to register for the Services. While we endeavour to maintain the user journey consistent in Rise+, certain functionalities in Rise+ will be unavailable to users who are under the age of 18, as they will either be removed completely or defaulted to an ‘off’ setting. Such functionalities include but are not limited to, use of UTM codes, API connections, the opportunity to build XP (daily check-ins or otherwise), creating personal profiles and all activities associated with such profiles, for instance, exposure to offerwall, video or any form of personalisation.
These features will be defaulted to off. Fans will be presented with neutral and clear choices to decide whether to activate this processing or not.
Advertising
Rise+ contains different types of advertisements by partners of ARL, including but not limited to, advertisements shown on Rise+ offerwall, third-party logos/advertisements in sweepstake activations, and in-video advertisements.
Prohibitions and Failure to Comply
We may take action against you for engaging with activities including but not limited to: 1. using any technology to attempt to disrupt any of our Services in any way; 2. initiating communications that contain any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material; 3. advertising or sending unsolicited messages of any kind; or 4. impersonating others or providing any kind of false information.
ARL reserves all its right, including the right to commence proceedings for your breach of these Terms and Conditions, to seek an order from the court for the total amount due plus relevant interest and costs, and to take any other action against you in order to recover the monies owed.
Intellectual Property
All software and Content (which is defined as, or includes, any text, audio or music, video, graphics, photographs, and image) are the intellectual property of ARL and are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws and international treaty provisions. The Sites are for your personal and non-commercial use only. Any non-personal and/or commercial use of the Content is not permitted. You may not distribute, reproduce, publish, sell or license any Content contained within the Sites. Any such unauthorized actions may result in civil consequences or criminal penalties, as stated above.
ARL reserves the right to withdraw or amend any item of the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the Sites are unavailable at any time and for any period.
Third Party Links
The Sites may include links to other websites or resources that are not operated or prepared by ARL. We have no control over such sites and resources and we will not accept responsibility for them or be liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of them. ARL is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any off-Site pages, which include but is not limited to ARL’s commercial partners. Use of these external websites or resources will be at your own risk and subject to the terms of use and service contained within each of such sites.
Description
ARL will endeavour to ensure that the Content on the Sites are accurate and as complete as possible. We however do not warrant that Content are accurate, complete, current or error-free.
Your Rights
Nothing in the T & C is intended to affect your rights under the Law in England and Wales.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else for which it would be unlawful to do so.
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use or inability to use the Sites, or your use or reliance on any content on the Sites.
Views expressed in any media by the companies or third parties, who are mentioned on the Sites or with whom we are associated from time to time, are their own. ARL takes no responsibility for any such views as they do not necessarily reflect ours.
ARL does not guarantee that the use of the Sites and Services will be error-free or that the Sites or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We recommend all users of the Sites to ensure they have up-to-date software, including anti-virus, installed.
Some events may happen beyond our reasonable control, such as adverse weather. Under such conditions, ARL will always do its best to aim at maintaining its Services but will not be responsible for failing to meet any obligations in this T & C.
Indemnity and Waiver
At our request, you agree to compensate us fully and hold us, ARL (including our officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers), harmless from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the T & C by you.
If you breach the T & C and we take no action against you, it is no wavier for us to exercise our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the T & C.
Complaints
ARL respects the intellectual property of others. If you have reason to believe your work may have been used in the Sites without your permission, or in case you have any other feedback about the Sites, please contact us at feedback@alpinef1.com .
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The T & C, together with all our policies and procedures, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The relevant courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these T & C.

Our priority is to provide a safe and inclusive space where everyone can engage with the team, the sport, and everything in between. To ensure that our community is a welcoming and enjoyable place for everyone, we ask that you follow these guidelines:
1. Respect others: Be respectful of your fellow fans, drivers, team members, and others. Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
2. Be mindful of your language: Do not use language or engage in behaviour that is discriminatory, derogatory, offensive, or harassing towards others. This includes profanity.
3. Engage with us: We want to hear your comments and posts about all topics of discussion. But we do not want to see our audience posting spam, advertisements, or unrelated content.
4. Protect your privacy and that of others: Do not share personal information or contact details about yourself or others. Respect everyone's privacy.
