Solmaz Jabari joined BWT Alpine Formula One Team in early 2024 as Human Resources Director, expanding her role with Alpine Cars as Interim of Human Resources Director for almost one year.

Solmaz began her career with Renault Pars in Tehran in 2011, becoming HR Manager for Tehran and Dubai in 2013. From 2015 to 2018, she progressed to take up the role of HR Business Partner for Renault Middle East and Human Resources Manager for the Africa, Middle-East and Indian Regions for the wider Renault Group.

Solmaz was promoted within Renault Group to GM Talent Management in 2018 and HR responsible for Key Projects in 2021 before moving to Alpine Cars in 2022 and becoming Human Resources Director at BWT Alpine Formula One Team in 2024.
