D+D effortlessly redefine modern style producing everything from casual essentials to elevated footwear including the brand’s prestige penny loafers and will bring their versatile style to the 305 with this one-off link-up with the Formula One racing team.
The collaboration is a progression of DUKE + DEXTER’s successful previous motorsport themed drop – “Duke Racing” – and will feature four premium pieces:
• Graphic t-shirts and racing jackets featuring Duke Racing iconography in BWT Alpine Formula One Team’s striking pink colourway.
• Vintage-style Duke Racing jerseys, emblazoned with BWT Alpine Formula One Team driver Pierre Gasly’s #10 racing number.
• A BWT Alpine Formula One Team edition of the recently launched DUKE + DEXTER “Plus Duke” Sneakers.
The BWT Alpine Formula One Team “Plus Duke” Sneaker is the first co-branded edition of silhouette. The sneakers feature a removable lace guard, drawing inspiration from DUKE + DEXTER’s penny loafers, and screen-printed with the Alpine “A”. The collection will launch on Wednesday 30 April, as the Miami Grand Prix kicks off, with drivers Pierre Gasly and Jack Doohan set to rep the collection upon arrival to the Miami International Autodrome. Fans will be able to purchase the collection at www.dukeanddexter.com
Archie Hewlett, Founder of DUKE + DEXTER, said: “We’ve had ties to F1 and racing since the very early stages of the brand — an iconic world and lifestyle I've always loved. It was also the theme of our first apparel collection: D+D Racing. So when BWT Alpine Formula One Team reached out about designing a capsule collection together, it was a bit of a no-brainer — especially given our connection to Michael B. Jordan, who's an investor in the team.”
BWT Alpine Formula One Team, added: “Bringing together BWT Alpine Formula One Team and DUKE + DEXTER for our special 2025 Miami Grand Prix apparel collection has been hugely exciting. The exclusive capsule collection combines the sharp engineering of Formula One together with the craftsmanship and racing spirit of D+D’s designs, including the first special edition “Plus Duke” sneakers. The drivers are looking forward to wearing the exclusive fits as the Miami Grand Prix kicks off.”
